Telephone Services: 
To use these services you must either be the bill payer or have the bill payer’s permission to make the call.

Calls to our live service from within New Zealand cost $3.50 per minute from a Land line. Call costs from other service providers or from a mobile phone may be higher depending on your mobile contract. Please refer to your individual telephone service provider for any additional costs that may be incurred by using a mobile or cell phone.

General
: Readings and other services are provided for entertainment purposes. They should not be considered a substitute for professional advice upon which decisions are made nor relied on as fact. We reserve the right to terminate any service should we consider a caller to be intoxicated, vulnerable or at risk and direct them to a recognized help organization. You must be over 18 years of age to use our services. All services offered by Earth and Soul Limited are for entertainment purposes only and we do not guarantee the accuracy of a reading or other service.

Whilst Earth and Soul Limited believes all our readers to be the best available to you, they are self - employed, sub contracted Readers and as such Earth and Soul Limited has no control over the content of any readings and therefore cannot accept any responsibility as to the accuracy of content, given, expressed or implied or as to the suitability of the content for any purpose. Earth and Soul Limited will not be liable, or accept liability, for any loss or damage of whatever nature which may result from content given in any reading.

Complaints: 
If you have a complaint or payment query about any of our services you should make your complaint / query in writing within 5 working days and email it to: earthandsoul.ltd@gmail.com, you will need to explain why you are not happy with your reading and provide any details accordingly. 
Your complaint will be investigated and replied to with 14 business days.
